The Air Oasis Induct ACT 9" whole house air purifier can cover between 1000 and 3000 square feet. The Air Oasis Induct ACT 14" UV Air Purifier is a whole house air purifier for large homes and small commercial applications where the HVAC Blower is more than 6500 CFM. This UV air purifier will provide extensive coverage throughout the structure and will ensure that odors, VOC's, and other contaminants are eliminated quickly.
The Air Oasis Induct ACT DUAL 14" UV Air Purifier is designed for large commercial applications where higher contaminants are known to exist and need to be reduced continuously. HVAC blowers should be over 6500 CFM.The Induct ACT installs into the plenum of your HVAC (heating ventilation and air conditioning) unit within minutes. The 9" and 14" models only requires using a 2.25 inch hole saw and can be mounted utilizing aluminum foil insulation tape or the five predrilled holes and sheet metal screws.

With this catalyst the ozone created by the UV lamp is converted into friendly, safe and aggressive oxidizers that revert back to oxygen and hydrogen. The AHPCO Cell produces minimum ozone levels well below the amount considered safe by the EPA. Air Oasis Induct ACT unit is superior to many UVC induct units on the market today. Many UVC induct models rely solely on the UV rays for the reduction of mold, bacteria, viruses etc. The pollutants must be eradicated with the UV light within the air flow that leaves very little dwell time for the pollutants. Those units do nothing for VOCs or odors. Some other units utilize ozone producing UVC lamps to not only reduce mold, bacteria, viruses, VOCs, and odors, but also send ozone throughout the entire home providing fresh clean smelling air throughout the home. Why are the ions produced by Air Oasis air purifiers safer than ozone?
The answer is really quite simple. It is all due to the oxidation defense system, within your body, which utilizes a special blend of enzymes. Have you ever cut yourself on accident and then used hydrogen peroxide on the wound? What happened? The hydrogen peroxide started to fizz or bubble when it made contact with your wound, right? But why? It's due to the reaction of certain enzymes within our body that protect us from hydro peroxide, ozone, hydroxyls, super oxides and more. One example is Glutathione peroxidase. It is a peroxidase found in humans, which contains selenocysteine. It uses glutathione as a electron donor and is active with both hydrogen peroxide and organic hydroperoxide substrates. Another enzyme is Catalase. Present in the peroxisomes of nearly all aerobic cells, it serves to protect the cell from the toxic effects of hydrogen peroxide by catalyzing its decomposition into molecular oxygen and water without the production of free radicals. Superoxide dismutase (CuZnSOD) catalyses the dismutation reaction of the toxic superoxide radical to molecular oxygen and hydrogen peroxide and thus forms a crucial part of the cellular antioxidant defense mechanism. Your body also contains many other antioxidants to help protect you from oxidation. More and more of the foods we eat and the supplements we take are being loaded with antioxidants as well.
To put things in plain english; your body defends itself against these ions naturally, but mold, bacteria, viruses and other biological contaminants do not have the same defense mechanisms that we possess. Therefore the ions we produce are deadly to simply organism, but won't harm people or their pets.
